Two young girls attending a music class by Syrian refugee Ehsan Al Khalili, 45. He teaches music to a group of children in a UNHCR-funded community centre in Azraq refugee camp. Ehsan, a musician who has lived with visual impairment since age 11, says people with disabilities have talents that must be expressed. “When they see me teaching or playing with the band, they begin to understand that I’m not defined by my disability.”
