Kwame Atta and his fellow Liberian and Ghanain fishermen out fishing the waters around Monrovia, Liberia in the rainy season. The fishing industry is an important source of employment and food for Liberians and is increasingly under threat by better equipt and unregulated foreign vessels over fishing in its unprotected waters.
